On Thursday 25th April 2002 the whole CBitSoft UK team met in person for the first time; following a period of 6 months of assembly! The team present (in alphabetical order) was as follows:
Christophe Beaujard (from the Czech Republic) tried hard to attend but unfortunately was unable to make it due to personal circumstances. It was an extremely enjoyable time, but also very productive. Doreen, our second company director, myself (Colin, managing director), Elvira (my fiancee) and Tony our General Manager were "bowled over" by the calibre, expertise, level of enthusiasm and willingness to contribute to the proceedings demonstrated by everyone. A true team atmosphere evolved extremely quickly and by the end of the second day I regarded everyone in the team as a family member! During the two days, many important decisions were made and policies formulated which will help to steer the new company from its humble beginnings to a one offering market leading products, second-to-none. As a permanent record of this first conference I felt I had to produce these few pages of pictures, taken during the two days, so that in years to come we will have a reminder of how it all started! Training Conference
