All our software is supported, once registered and licensed, with
access to our website knowledgebase and FAQ's and also an
e-mail technical support service. However, by paying a small
additional annual fee, customers are provided with access
to a special members only section of our website where they will be
able to download updates and upgrades of our software free of charge
or at very special rates whenever they become available; we will notify contract holders
of this by e-mail. We also offer special discounts on the

Fees Update Service
Users of the CaseQuote and CaseMan systems will realise that those
systems hold the current local authority fees for almost all the
authorities in the UK. Of course these fees are generally updated
each year and would thus soon become out of date. CBitSoft therefore
offer a local fee update service. By subscribing to this service for
a small annual fee, access is provided to an update program
which, when run, will update the local fee information in either
system. CBitSoft also notify current members whenever updates are

Land
Registry Forms Update Services
Users of the CaseMan and CaseTrack systems will be aware that those
systems use templates of the many of the current Land Registry forms
for submitting requests for searches, etc., to the Land Registry
from the system. These forms are updated from time-to-time by the
Land Registry as required to comply with changes in legislation
affecting Land Registration, etc. CBitSoft Ltd therefore offer a
Land Registry form update service. By subscribing to this service
for a small annual fee, access is provided to an update
program which, when run, will update the Land Registry forms in
either system. CBitSoft also notify current members whenever updates

Registry Additional Forms Service
The standard forms set provided with the CaseMan and CaseTrack
systems includes most common forms, however other forms are
available on request for a small one-off licensing fee for each
form, and these can also be included in the annual update fee for
