Produced by the software company CBitSoft Ltd, in conjunction with a leading national conveyancing company, this new high quality software system really is something different! Referred to as the “Case Family”, the software “package” consists of several parts; CaseCollect, CaseQuote, CaseMan and CaseTrack, all of which can be purchased separately or together as required to obtain the level of functionality desired, each part individually offers invaluable features, several of which are unique, and together they provide a comprehensive conveyancing system like no other!

The complete package incorporates modules that provide full integration with the Internet

for collecting quotation requests, as well as enabling clients and other parties secure access to view the progress of their case online 24/7. These are linked to a quotation module that produces quotations quickly and efficiently and a case management system, which has a truly unique feature that will revolutionise the way in which conveyancing offices work. CaseMan, like other case management systems offers the facility to manage the conveyancing process, making it possible to view the progress of the cases as well as being able to automatically assemble communication documents and generate forms, etc. Unlike others, however, CaseMan can check its own database daily and carry out the tasks of producing the forms and communications that are due automatically and autonomously! It’s like having several more members of staff! The system makes it impossible to forget to do anything; indeed it can even do it all for you, and because of this it saves time therefore potentially leading to increased profit per case and an increase in overall case capacity! The system is designed to be intuitive and present the user with a familiar interface; this means that training requirements will be minimal and this, together with the keenly competitive pricing structure, really does spell high quality and value for money!
